Freezing Cabbage

• Wash cabbage & remove blemishes.
• Cut cabbage into desired size.
• Blanch - Submerge into boiling water for 1 1/2 minutes, then submerge into cold/ice water to immediately cool down.
• When cool, drain well & freeze in containers or bags.
