I've been teaching home canning for a long time.  I'd love to share what I've learned with you.   Simply Canning School's online video based classes .

One these pages I share with you simple cooking recipes featuring home canned and dehydrated foods.  I am not a fancy cook. Healthy, nutritious, delicious and filling are my goals. Of course home canned foods are a part of most meals in our kitchen.

Now that you have preserved it... how do you use it?  Easy! Use it just like any other canned food. Here are some ideas.
