Presto Pressure Canner - 23 quarts:
Well, First of all it was FREE! When I decided to start canning I asked for my Christmas present to be a Pressure cooker and I got the 23 qt. Presto Pressure Canner. It is Great!
I admit I was scared in the beginning after hearing about people being blown up in the kitchen years ago but times and product safety have changed. I feel very safe with my Presto and what a feeling it is to be able to preserve your own food.

The Presto 23-quart pressure cooker/canner holds 20 pint jars or 7 quart jars.
