Measuring Bowl

An 8 cup measuring bowl is another item to add to your canning equipment. It is useful for many things.
A great part of your kitchen tools collection.... you do have a collection don't you? Surely I'm not the only one who collects these things.
The features you should look for.
- Easily readable measurements on the sides
- clear - makes it easy to measure accurately
- A good fitting lid - makes the bowl double for storage
I like my pampered chef batter bowls. But other brands are just as useful.
2 sizes are the most handy a 4 cup and an 8 cup. If you can only get one.....Get the 8 cup first! I use mine constantly.
I make pancakes several times a week. The larger bowl is perfect!
Whip up some instant pudding in this and pop the cover on. One bowl one mess.
And of course measuring fruits and veggies when I am canning.
