The section about pressure canning was most informative and useful to me. I have some experience with water bath processing but none with pressure canning. I used to help grandma but was so busy hurrying to get vegetables ready, I didn't get to see what SHE was doing.
I think it is great for someone who never canned before but I want to. My grandmother used to make the best pickles (a little too sweet for me now) and I have the recipe. Also her jams were great. I would like to learn this art and be able to pass it on to my kids.
