Hi. I am wanting to can up some of my sauces for meal-prep ease. Can I can Soy sauce, Catsup, Worcestershire, Sprite, Liquid smoke, or Barbecue sauce?
Do you mean as ingredients for another type of sauce? There are many recipes for sauces that can be home canned but the USDA recommends that you always follow a tested recipe. They have specific amounts of vinegar or lemon juice for acidity. The spices can be adjusted for taste preferences but the acidity should not be adjusted.
