Use a blancher to steam vegetables or to boil tomatoes or peaches and remove the skins. Use this for canning, freezing or dehydrating.

This is a three part pot. Put a few inches of water in the bottom and veggies in the top to steam.

Fill the bottom with water to submerge vegetables or fruit for cooking or peeling.
