All American vs Presto

I have both All American and Presto pressure canners and love the All American the best. Once you get used to tightening it down evenly it is more efficient that the Presto's and seems to come up to pressure faster (might be the heat source I use...I use turkey fryer stoves to can with and do it outdoors).

Most important is to get the gauges checked annually. Just being off a few pounds can mean you do not get the food hot enough for long enough to kill the oogie boogies in the food.
