What's Happening

In case you didn't notice.... I uhm.... well....... I've missed an issue!  I totally skipped the May issue and it is looking a little late for this June issue.   I'd been trying to get this out the first week of each month.

Where's Sharon?  Well I've been planting my garden.  And giving my site a new updated look!  It feels so nice... kind of like spring cleaning. Take a look.  I hope you like it.   I strove to make it organized and as easy to read and use as my old look.

And I must ask... Please, forgive my tardiness.

Something New

I have been telling you about Simple Steps Canning Guide for several months now. Many of you have signed up and I am getting some positive feedback. It seems as if it has helped.   Yes! that is exactly what I hoped for.

I've now taken Simple Steps Canning Guide and converted it into an E-book. The entire guide will come as a 42 page file for immediate download.
  • Read the entire guide right on your computer even if offline.
  • If you are like me and prefer to have paper in hand, print up your e-book and read it at your convenience.
  • Need reinforcement while you are in action in the kitchen? Print up the pages you need and keep them with you.
  • The 6 week e-course is still free! I've just added the e-book option, so you can have it immediately, in printable format.
  • Purchase of the inexpensive e-book does 2 things, it gives you the material now without the wait of the e-course, and it supports my efforts here at Simply Canning. Thank You!

My fun project!

dandelion Jelly

Dandelion Jelly.
It is Yummy! It tastes a bit like honey. It is true. My youngest took a taste and proclaimed the "honey" good.
